Passengers who can walk independently or with limited assistance may receive extra time and guidance while entering, exiting, and walking between the vehicle and building entrance.

Cane and Walker Users

Foldable canes, walkers, and similar mobility aids may be transported when their size and storage requirements are confirmed during booking.

Respectful Door-to-Door Transportation

Passengers may receive assistance from the pickup entrance to the vehicle and from the vehicle to the destination entrance when the route is safe and accessible.

We allow reasonable time for boarding, unloading, wheelchair securement, and walking. Families can also provide entrance, contact, parking, and event instructions before the trip.

Can family members ride with the passenger?
