Pre-Trip Confirmation
We confirm the wheelchair type, dimensions, equipment, pickup access, destination, and passenger needs.
Rear Lift Boarding
The wheelchair is positioned on the rear lift and boarded using safe operating procedures.
Four-Point Securement
The wheelchair is secured using a four-point tie-down system, including Q’STRAINT QRT-1 securement equipment.
Passenger Restraint
A separate lap and shoulder restraint is applied for the passenger after the wheelchair is secured.
